WHAT LOCKER SIZES DO WE OFFER?

LOCKERATOCHA provides three types of lockers:

• S: 37 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth) – Fits 1 carry-on suitcase + 1 small backpack.

• M: 47 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth) – Fits 2 carry-on suitcases or 2 small backpacks + 1 carry-on suitcase.

• XL: 85 cm (height) x 48 cm (width) x 58 cm (depth) – Fits 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on suitcase + 2 small backpacks or 3 carry-on suitcases + 1 small backpack.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

Yes, booking in advance guarantees you a locker on the day you plan to use the service. Your reservation is valid immediately upon booking, so you can also book last-minute if needed.

DO I NEED TO BOOK ONLINE?

Yes, reservations must be made through our website since we do not accept cash payments at the store. The booking process takes only one minute, and our website is fully optimized for smartphones and tablets.

WHAT CAN I STORE INSIDE THE LOCKERS?

You can store any items that fit inside the rented locker, except prohibited items. Keep in mind that you pay per locker, not per item, so you can store as many items as fit inside your locker.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE LOCKERS?

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Any illegal items, such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic materials, or anything degrading to human dignity.
  • Items that require a license (e.g., firearms and/or ammunition) without the proper authorization.
  • Contaminating or dangerous materials, such as flammable objects or hazardous substances.
  • Animals of any kind or any other living being.
  • Food, except sealed, non-perishable food that cannot spill, stain the lockers, or produce odors.

IS THE FACILITY SAFE?

Yes, absolutely. The facility is equipped with video surveillance cameras and alarm systems connected to a security monitoring center.

IS THERE AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT COVERS MY BELONGINGS?

Yes! You don’t need to pay extra for it. In the unlikely event of an incident inside the facility, we have an insurance policy with Generali Seguros Generales that covers losses of up to €1000 per suitcase (a police report is required).

This insurance does not cover the loss of:

  • Cash, jewelry, precious stones, or metals
  • Watches, plasma screens, and other electronic devices (LCD screens, GPS devices, mobile phones, computers, tablets)
  • Artwork, antiques, memory cards, or any data storage devices

If you store travel documents or personal identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license), you do so at your own risk. LOCKER ATOCHA is not responsible if you miss a flight or train due to lost documents.

HOW DO I CHECK LOCKER AVAILABILITY?

HOW LONG DOES MY RENTAL LAST?

Locker rentals are per day, with a minimum rental of 1 day and a maximum rental of 30 days.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY LOCKER?

As soon as you receive your reservation confirmation and access code, you can access your locker on the day of your booking.

ONCE I STORE MY ITEMS, CAN I ACCESS MY LOCKER AGAIN?

Yes! You can access your rented locker as many times as you need during the rental period. So if you forgot something, want to add more items, or need to retrieve something, you can do so without any issues, as long as it is within the store's access hours.

HOW MUCH DOES LOCKER RENTAL COST?

The price of lockers is displayed on our website at the time of booking, and you may benefit from any active promotions. Prices include VAT and are based on renting one locker for 24 hours (from 07:00 AM to 06:59 AM the following day).

HOW DO THE LOCKERS WORK?

The lockers available through LOCKER ATOCHA are fully automated. You can make a reservation on our website www.lockeratocha.com by providing your personal information, selecting the number of lockers, choosing the size, and specifying the rental period.

Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your locker number(s)
  • Your security code to access both the facility and your rented locker(s)

CAN I USE THE LOCKER SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN PICK UP MY ITEMS OR TO STORE SOLD GOODS?

No, third parties are not allowed to pick up deposited items. Lockers cannot be used for exchanging goods between people. This usage is not authorized by LOCKERATOCHA.

HOW LONG CAN I STAY INSIDE THE FACILITY?

You may only enter the facility to access your rented locker and perform necessary actions related to your stored items. Staying inside for other reasons, such as resting, sleeping, making phone calls, or browsing the internet, is not permitted.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR RECORD VIDEOS INSIDE THE FACILITY?

For security and confidentiality reasons, taking photos or videos of security mechanisms (such as surveillance cameras, locking systems, store screens, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious behavior will be reported to the police to ensure the safety of all users.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY LOCKER?

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your rental period begins.

  • If you cancel or modify within this timeframe, you will receive a refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or do not show up, no refund will be issued.
